Our Policies

Because spa treatments are reserved for you, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Merchandise Returns
Product returns are good for merchandise credit or exchange only and must be accompanied by original receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Late arrivals will have their services adjusted according to the time remaining or will have their appointment rescheduled. We do this to ensure that all our guests receive the personal attention that they deserve.
